Updating to the latest version
What version do you have installed? The current version is 4.11.
To find the version on an Endpoint choose Menu > Help > About.
To find the version on the System Manager, choose Help > About.
As an example, Version 4.7 was released in 2017; this should give you an idea of the relative age of your version of Classic V4.
Updating to the latest version of BlueNote Classic 4 is free for existing Version 4 licensees. Software updates in BlueNote Classic no longer occur automatically within the Software Updates option on your Endpoints under Menu > Options > General. Instead, updates can be manually installed over your existing software from our website. Follow the link below to the page where you can install the latest update over each of your Endpoints by looking for "Add BlueNote Classic to a new or existing computer" and then following the prompts to download the update over the older version. No settings will be lost with the update.
The System Manager also needs to be updated to the latest version to assure continued Windows compatibility. Follow the link below to the page where you can install the latest update over your current System Manager.
Note: Be sure not to install a second System Manager as it will interfere with your communications. You should only have a single System Manager per network.
