Sending Diagnostic Reports

The latest versions of BlueNote Classic gives you the ability to send diagnostic reports to BlueNote Software from both the System Manager and the Endpoints when requested by a BlueNote representative.

Sending a Diagnostic from a System Manager

To send a diagnostic report from a System Manager, locate the SM program and choose Help > Send Diagnostic which will bring up the window below. Enter your information there and Send. Note that Diagnostic Reports can only be sent from BlueNote Classic Versions 4.9 and above. Sending a Diagnostic from an Endpoint

To send a diagnostic report from an Endpoint, choose Menu > Options > Advanced > Send Diagnostic which will bring up the window below. Enter your information there and Send. Note that Diagnostic Reports can only be sent from BlueNote Classic Versions 4.9 and above.
